Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
In case of any unforeseen discrepancy in lab reports, we will repeat your lab tests free of charge on request of prescribed doctor.
In case we are not able to fulfill your lab tests on desired time, we will issue a full refund on original payment method. It may take upto 7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Refunds
We do not accept cancellations once lab test sample is picked. If the order is cancelled before sample pickup via call/ email, we will refund your amount to original payment method.
